As I am sure many of you are aware, Arizona is experiencing a significant increase in the reported positive COVID cases. We’re writing to inform you that we have just learned that one of our employees has been diagnosed with COVID-19. This employee works exclusively in our isolated memory care unit and has closely followed required infection control measures, including wearing a mask and frequent hand sanitation. The employee has not been present in our community for the last 10 days while going through the testing process. To date, we have seen no other signs or symptoms of COVID-19 in any of our residents or other employees.
In accordance with the recent guidance provided by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, we are limiting all visitation until further notice.
